How to place an order on the site
Each time you click on an item you start or continue an order in your shopping cart.
There are a few ways to find the products you want on this site.
A. You can go directly from the titles in the brown boxes on the home page to those items.
This is fast an easy if you are interested in product categories.
B. Or you can to to PRODUCT SEARCH on the home page and select criteria such as category - occasion - color - product code
you can sort one of these - or a combination such as Basket Bags - Christmas
Once an items is found - click on it to enlarge the image and get details
add the quantity to the cart and continue.
At any time you can go to view cart on the home page to review your order and checkout if desired.
Allsorts will call you the next business day to arrange payment etc.
Prices posted on the site are in US Dollars Wholesale to Trade only and orders do not include freight which will be added once your order has been packed and weighed. The site does not calculate monthly specials or quantity discounts - that is handled in office but please mention in comments any special pricing. Orders are shipped UPS.
Distributors who use the site will have their prices adjusted and will not be charged the prices posted.
What's the minimum order to open an account?
$100 US or $150 Canadian.
What's the minimum re-order ?
$50.00 is the minimum, re-orders under $100 are subject to a sur-charge and must be paid by credit card.
How quickly can I get my order?
We usually ship out the next business day. Shipping times vary across the country between 1 - 5 days.
The day on which your order leaves is not considered a shipping day.
Your transport can be upgraded for additional charges to ensure your order gets to you on time.
What are the methods of payment?
We accept Visa, American Express & MasterCard(US only)
We can ship COD for an extra charge per box.
Can I get terms?
Terms are available to customers who have shown themselves to have regular buying
habits. Please call us to apply.
How can I know the prices for what I see on the web?
US prices are posted on the site. You can download and print your own pricelist in US or Canadian funds from the home page.
How do I pay for my order I placed on line?
Whether it's a re-order or a first time order, Allsorts will call you to let you know
we have received your order and arrange payment with you on the telephone, or by e mail.
We like to take this opportunity to communicate with you and work out any details of your order,
and give you confidence that we are working on it!
How can I return something?
Whether shipped to you in error, or something you are not happy with, you may return it to us.
Please e mail or call us during business hours to obtain a return authorization and to arrange
transport. Returns must be handled within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Re-stocking charges may apply.
How do you handle backorders?
We keep backorders on file only if we know the merchandise is expected in
within time for the current season ie Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas etc.
The symbol B/O will be indicated on your invoice on the line item if that item has been back ordered.
We normally contact you when your backorder has returned to stock to find out if you need anything else.
Email or call us if you have any questions about an item you did not receive,
if you are unsure or concerned.
How can I get a price list?
You may print a current price list from the web-site and view all of our products on line.
Can I get samples?
Request samples through contact us. Anything that fits into a mailing envelope and can be sent through
the postal system is generally done so at no charge. Samples required overnight or in a rush can be sent
via Fedex or UPS using your account number. Basket boxes are available as a kit of 3 including matching
basket bags sent via post for a fee of $7.50 ,and can be charged to Amex or Visa.
